Long story short. He was lucid about not going back, and made the decision there to end it. Cop saw gun and had no choice. Cop can't trust a stranger. My bet is that cop is going to retire from the force in next year. The attorneys and judges who were responsible for upholding the entrapment hoax and charging political prisoners aught to be tried in a tribunal and executed if found guilty.
