Nah man. Demand will always win. Always. Unless you alleviate the pent up demand you can't throw a trillion dollars and stop it. There was demand in Afghanistan to not be ruled by homos. We through a trillion dollars at it. Didn't work. The law of supply and demand is more law than anything the government's got. That's the only real reason they fight these wars. They don't care about you or your health or safety. The only reason the government tries to defy demand is because it is the real law and it violates their sense of control. Children can kick a brick wall but you will be paying for it. And you'll get more violence out of it then there is currently.
