So part of Trump's negotiating style and frankly anybody's negotiating style that's good is to make public announcements about the agreement you want as if it's already done because it puts pressure and it throws that test balloons on the people you're negotiating with and it makes it harder for them to reverse what you've stated. And it also starts to mentally align people in the same direction. And that's what you have to do if you're going to negotiate disagreements. So I think part of it could be his negotiation tactic which he is a good negotiator let's face it he's proof that all his life. There could also be some people who are working for him who are misreporting what's happening. There are also people who are working for him in these negotiation rooms remember it's only been Rubio

During remarks on Russian state television Monday, Putin said he had yet to have any detailed talks with Trump about ending the conflict in Ukraine, according to the Associated Press.

This is a lie. What AP actually said was

Hours after the anniversary observances, Trump said he believed that Russian President Vladimir Putin would accept European peacekeepers in Ukraine as part of a potential deal to end the war. Separately, Putin suggested that European countries could be part of a settlement, but he also said that he had not discussed resolving the conflict in detail with Trump.

Basically, New Rupublic is making their readers look dumb as fuck. But here, here is another part of that AP story that's going to piss you off.

On the battlefield, Putin’s troops are making steady progress, while Ukraine grapples with shortages of troops and weapons.

This is NOT a stalemant.stalemate.

You see the bullshit in the New Republic article, right? It's an opinion piece, not a news article.

Edith Olmsted is an associate writer for The New Republic with a Master’s degree from the Columbia Journalism School. She is based in New York City.

And, as you can see, she's severally deranged with anti-Trump-ism.

Only in your toxic lying, deep-state, jewish media world is that true Sal. RT, the international Russian media outlet says this about Putins recent interview: "Putin dismissed concerns over US-Ukraine resource agreements, criticized Zelensky’s leadership, and framed Trump’s policies as pragmatic and pro-American rather than beneficial to Moscow."

"Putin suggested that Trump sees Zelensky as an obstacle to stabilizing Ukraine and securing a peace deal: “Trump likely understands that Zelensky is a destabilizing factor. He wants to bring Ukrainians back together, consolidate its society, and create conditions for the survival of the Ukrainian state.”

Addressing claims that Trump’s position on Ukraine plays into Russia’s hands, Putin strongly disagreed: “In the current situation, strange as it may seem, we would be more interested in [Zelensky] sitting there and further corrupting the regime with which we are in an armed conflict. And from the point of view of strengthening Ukrainian statehood, it is necessary to act in a completely different direction – to bring to power those who will enjoy the trust of the people of Ukraine.”
The Russian president also commented on Trump’s political style, rejecting the notion that the US president acts based purely on emotion: “No, of course not. His actions are based on cold calculation and a rational approach to the situation.”"
