You don't see fat animals, unless they're put on a shit diet like pets. When animals eat the species-appropriate diet they evolved to eat, they are automagically a healthy weight. For humans, we're meant to be hyper-carnivores, getting most calories from meat, and its very difficult to be fat on that diet.

You can also opt to eat peasant foods like beans and grains but they are suboptimal and servings need to be limited. Avoid goyslop in all instances.

Do you know how few calories working out burns vs even a small meal. Working out works but why it works isn't as simple as a child's equation.

Being in a state of having worked out is more important than the specific calories burned. Or an opposite way of putting it, your body was never designed to be sedentary, your blood sugar regulation goes wack, you get partial insulin resistance, and the whole thing spirals. Working out just allows your body to work as intended by putting it in a natural state.

That equation leads to people over working out, and then eating more to recover, or giving up. It also leads to people doing one hard workout a day instead of two lighter workouts and acceptance of sedentary activities when a workout is coming later thinking the equation is going to save them.
