I got my wisdom teeth pulled several months ago, and I was considering grabbing some of these to get me through the first few days. One look at the ingredients and those things went right back on the shelf. GARBAGE.

Skyr and applesauce, and the occasional protein shake. Siggis and Icelandic Provisions skyr is great. High protein low sugar.

Bolthouse Farms makes smoothies that are much better for you than Ensure.
