Many moons ago, I lived in goy high rise flats. At some point my upstairs neighbour changed and they would blast loud garbage at whatever time they woke up from their drugs/booze.

I went to their door, ignored, I then did one call to concierge and after it did nothing, I just blasted the heaviest death metal I could find, turn it to max and put the main subwoofer to my ceiling. And behold, no more loud as fuck music from my trash neighbour.

Fight fire with bigger fire or something.
