Fine with me. It’s the only federal agency that actually sells a product, yet it is broke as fuck and I can’t get the correct mail in my box, either at home or at work. Postal workers are the most worthless pieces of shit in the government workforce.
Recently a nigger fed ex driver sat my package on my garbage bin at the end of my driveway instead of bringing it to my house. It was fucking garbage day. I called fed ex and told them to never send that lazy nigger to my home again. never had this happen before.
That happens here when they hire a nigger for the job. It stops when they get fired. Thankfully I'm in a mostly White area so my mail/packages get to me via my neighbors.
“Well, we want to have a post office that works well and doesn’t lose massive amounts of money, and we’re thinking about doing that, and it will be a form of a merger,” he said when asked if he wanted to make the USPS as part of the Commerce Department. “It’ll remain the Postal Service, and I think it’ll operate a lot better than it has been over the years.”
Then, check out this bipolar shit.
Earlier in the day a White House official told CNN that there would be no executive order disbanding the Board of Governors, which turned out to be true,
Immediately followed by
But the Post reported that the governing board is taking the threat of it being disbanded seriously enough that it held an emergency meeting Thursday to retain outside counsel with instructions to sue the White House if the president were to remove members of the board or attempt to alter the agency’s independent status.
Our "news" is total shit.
Chris Isidore should be kicked square in the fucking dick for this faggotry. He's totally TDS'd.
Everybody keeps saying that the post office is always broke, but nobody seems to understand the reason the post office is broke.
The post office was forced to "prepay" for 50 years of pensions under law, which required a huge stockpile of cash to do so.
Nobody else in (((government))) needs to prepay pensions - Chimpcago is broke and part of of their $300 billion in debt is all the government pensions that are going to be paid out. But Chimpcago can get a government bailout? and the post office can't?
Honestly post office salaries are not extraordinary and they're not out of character with the work that's done and I don't think it's a bad thing that people who work in a long place have a pension that will pay them.
I think what's really wrong is that we've let business get away with hiring and firing without carrying it all about employees health care and or long-term survival pensions after their age and we ought to really make sure that that gets balanced out.
We really don't want to turn the post office into Walmart which hires employees and pays them so little that they literally are subsidized by Medicare and welfare.
My only beef with the post office is like so many other jobs they have discriminated against white males and hired less qualified black and and women
The post office was forced to "prepay" for 50 years of pensions under law, which required a huge stockpile of cash to do so.
They did this to 1: loot the pensions, that's been done several times now. And 2: force them to go private, where it can be judeized for maximum profits. This new thing from Trump will accomplish that. And plenty of idiots will fall for the propaganda.
Ok. But why is it that the post office generated pension liabilities in excess of profit? What people don't seem to understand is that the post office is already privatized. But when it was privatized it was hamstrung with two poison pills. One is that it operates like a regulated utility with prices set by government. And the other is that it effectively has a unionized work force in that it is forced to hire federal employees.
What the government should have done is not privatized it, but instead just stopped doing it and let the private market satisfy demand. This is why you never privatize. It misses out on the better opportunity letting a real free market solve a problem. When we privatize we end up with franken-companies that still have ties to the government. They either end up bankrupt and we have to bail them out. Or they end up successful and we have a private entity with quasi-governmental powers and responsibilities.
Don't privatize. Cancel.
Don't privatize the IRS. Rome did that. Cancel it. Don't privatize the military. That gives you Black Water. Reduce it (cancel much of it). Don't privatize public education. Private schools already exist. Just cancel it. Don't privatize the post office. It already is and look what we got. Private delivery services and curriours already exist. Just cancel it.
Now some will point out that FedEx/UPS and private schools all have much higher prices. Well when the government already occupies the cheap subsidized portion of the market the only remaining market is high end. If the government ran a commissary I promise you all the remaining restaurants would all be expensive.
If we get rid of the post office then FedEx and UPS will pick up the demand for first class mail. Hell, Amazon is all about getting to minimum prices and they are already driving past every house in the US. They'd be a real contender. They can probably do it just as cheap as USPS can without having federal workers for employees or a demand to deliver spam like the post office has.
Privatizing further is just dragging this on longer. Just let it go. Let if file for bankruptcy and fuck federal employee pensions. If we do have to bail out those pensions I say do it now rather than let liabilities accumulate further. But still a better option is to say fuck them.
Your first question is answered by asking how much reserves is needed for all the pensions? Probably 10+ years of profit.
Look at the actual pension law for the post office - it was a veiled attempt to force the post office to sell off, but the post office LMAO to the (((US))) and said "hold my beer". and now things are turning around but still not restoring profits.
Also, look at what the post office actually does with profits - it goes directly into the (((treasury))) general fund.
Isn't that the worst kind of "private" business? The government has to approve all rate hikes, won't pay for any losses, yet takes all the profit. The post office is literally getting screwed in every way, yet still continues to operate as a private business.
Someone below said it best with a privatized post office - the unprofitable routes would disappear, meaning around 80% of rural US residents would be without service.
The post office actually accepts bulk rate mail as a revenue generator, and most likely first class postage is not profitable without it. When China can ship a package to anywhere in the US for $3 or less due to the international shipping treaties, the post office cannot compete with fedex for profit.
I am all for canceling everything and restarting, but the problem is the money sucking kikes have their tentacles all over everything and nothing would actually benefit the average citizen. Get rid of the kikes and then cancel everything.
Our DEI postal workers will steal from our packages. We live in a gated community, and there have been multiple thefts by the negress postal worker of things like make ups, and clothes when it’s printed on the box. We’ve filed multiple complaints and the post office does nothing. She must be their mascot or something.
File a complaint with the postal inspector. Telling the equivalent of someone at the window won't do shit. Mail theft is a felony, and an angry White inspector would be the perfect person to put niggers in prison for mail theft.
No. Trump is going to put it under the Department of Commerce
You should also understand the reasons for the U.S. Postal Service being "Broke."
- The Obama-Biden regime forced it to fully fund it's own pension system - The Obama-Biden regime forced it to waste BILLIONS on a failed all-electric fleet of vehicles mandate. - The Obama-Biden regime forced it to subsidize the shipping costs for Amazon.com, which literally forced it to lose money on every package it ships for that fucking Jew-Bezos.
Presidents have been saying this for quite some time and many have tried to do it but the problem is that if they ever do privatize it it'll be subdivided they'll be routes that won't be profitable to serve and no one will serve them or some big company will completely take it over in monopolize it and instead of the prices going down they'll raise the prices like every Monopoly does.
Many people don't realize but there used to be county owned hospitals and nearly every major city in america. The local county owned the hospital and operated the hospital to provide healthcare services to their people in their county. There are still a few hospitals like that like LA county has a county-owned hospital and I think Grady memorial in Atlanta Georgia is still a county hospital. But there used to be tons of them all around the United States and you could go to these hospitals and get real hospital care and have operations and emergencies and you get off in the best care in the area and the bill would be very small.
well then a bunch of people came around and said well if we privatize all these county hospitals that the private sector will operate them in a much more efficient manner and the prices will be even cheaper and it'll be better and blah blah blah
So a lot of them did it and what happened was the big Private hospital companies bought the county hospitals quickly shut them down so they could no longer compete with a private hospitals and now you're going to private hospitals and all the old county hospitals are shut down and you'll see the big old empty building sometimes and some of these cities with all those empty hospital beds that would have been competing with the private hospitals and meantime if you have a penicitis or some other emergency you're forced to go to the private hospital where they charge you $150,000 because you had a heart attack.
And I worry something similar will happen with the post office.
We can hope DEI actually will be crushed at all levels, in both the public and private sectors. We get a lean, efficient government, with intelligent Whites at the helm, and we get companies that give a flying fuck about their customers and employees, also with intelligent Whites at the helm, and not a street shitter to be smelled for miles.

It already is privatized. It has separate finances and post masters operate franchises where their income is variable based on performance.
What it really operates like is a private entity that's also a regulated utility and riddled with union labor agreements.
So the post office is really an argument against regulated utilities and unions. Regulated utility because their prices are set by the government. Union labor because they are forced to employ the worst union of all, federal workers.
I say this on AnCap forums all the time to my brothers that are less far along the path. Privitization isn't that special, because when you privatize you end up with an entity that still has some strings tied to the government. It is always secondary to the government just not doing it, because then actually private firms can take the place where there is demand.
So no, the government should not privatize the post office. It already is, and what it should really do is nothing. Just close them. Auction off the buildings.
Best thing to EVER happen to the gubberment postal unservice.
GET THE FUCKING GUBBERMENT OUT!!! the ONLY thing gubberment should be sticking their nose in is infastructure, military, police, and upholding private property laws. THATS IT!!! get these useless legislative parasites GONE!!!
I worked there in my 20s. If you want a job the overworks you, under pays you, and leaves you too tired for anything else in life it's the job for you. When you do manage to get a day off all you want to do is rest. At my old office i'd average between 250-400 packages on average. During Christmas around 500. That's just packages not even including the mail. Like any job there were good people and awful people. The workplace culture is horrendous there I can't tell you how many times we'd be screaming at each other at the office. Employee retention rate is horrendous. That place sucked to work at. Boiling hot in the summer, freezing cold in the winter. Not even to mention you're on the road for hours everyday. That aspect alone is awful. If you live anywhere with a decent population the dumbasses in traffic will make you hate driving. I remember when I'd get a day off I would actively avoid having to get in my for anything. I'd be one the road for 5-9 hours everyday. Brings back a lot of bad memories.
