Women can have very unpredictable behavior during that time of the month. And that's nature. She probably didn't want a go-around on her girl power record and decided to try to land anyway for clout in a 40mph crosswind.

There was an earlier video from another angle where it was very clear the plane came down too hard. In those conditions it could be due to wind shear also, but pilot experience and skill certainly isn't negligible. But based on the earlier video I doubt the primary cause was the landing gear.

Yes, I've tried a search for "landing gear failure" & not much shows up.

Seems like a very reliable system even under the harshest of conditions.
