Dude, serratia is pretty ubiquitous. This reeks of bullshit.

You can isolate every bug under the sun if you cough in the sample first. Seriously this video isn't even close to a smoking gun.

Doesn't mean the fog isn't real or wasn't a bio weapon test though.
