Can't or don't? I can't think of any technical reason a jet like that, unloaded, wouldn't be able to achieve inverted flight.

I think due to the larger size/weight, the surfaces of the airplane can't handle the additional stress. The wings should basically work. But you have to get it inverted and then keep it intact.

I think you could get it upside for some amount of time. People have done barrel rolls in commercial airplanes. But your fuel might cut out because it needs gravity to feed, and you can't sustain the dive necessary to remain in the air (integrity again). The wings aren't as effective upside down -- they aren't symmetric.

You definitely can't land it that way intact. That needs to be a relatively gentle process. They usually use flaps, which would further make the wing the wrong shape, I think?
