The Japanese get up to 12.5 mg of iodine daily from their diet rich in sea life. With the addition of rice, these people are essentially carnivores.
Thyroid Hormone has a direct impact on metabolic rate and requires dietary iodine and tyrosine. Whereas a great chunk of the US lacks sufficient iodine for optimal health.

I flirted for a bit with speculating that japan has a super-culture. It's good to role with a theory for a while until it is knocked. It got knocked. I've learned to think the opposite. Its strengths mostly derive from its homogeneity, but it's actually very backwards. People use culture to buffer their innate deficits. That is a good thing. But the one strong suit of Japanese culture, which is an obsession with doing everything correctly, stems from their inability to assess correctness on a case by case basis. I've come to realize that is actually a very white strength.
They need social protocols because they can't be relied on to make socially intelligent decisions on their own. They need to over target quality in everything they do and boil it down to a method because they can't assess the correct level of quality needed for a given moment and develop the correct process to meet that quality target on their own. In that sense they actually do everything incorrectly.
They also don't genuinely care to do a good job for the sake of the outcome itself but live in constant social fear. (Caring about outcomes themselves is also super white). Social fear is the driver in everything they do. Their sense of tradition seems like something to applaud because we wish we had more of it. But we actually had good traditions. Their traditions are retarded and reverences things for what they aren't.
Japanese like to sit on the ground in a way that is insanely bad for your knees, and circulatory health. A white person that's not built like an insect could fuck up his knees permanently sitting like that once. Even though it cuts off circulation in their legs for a really long time (not good) Why? Because the Samurai sat that way. But why did Samurai sit that way? Because the shogunate feared the Samurai for the lawless and violent brutes they were, so they made them sit in a way that would put their legs to sleep when in their presence so none of these unstable thugs could stand up suddenly to murder them. But Samurai sat that way so it is so honorable and correct way to sit. Brainless people.
They don't think. They just learn what is expected of them. They are good at math you say? No. They just learn the math that is expected of them. Who developed calculus? People who could actually think. People who thought about what they wanted to think about.
Behind 80% Japanese strengths you're able to find you can find a deep seeded deficiency. But there is one solid good thing about them. They put in the effort to make up for their deficiencies, and they do that successfully, unlike us. We have deficiencies too and we do nothing about it. So maybe they are better than us in that regard and maybe that makes them better all and all. But before you try copying Japanese culture as if it's correct just know that there are two absurd deficiencies for every strength behind everything they do. One quarter of their culture is worth copying. It's worth sorting out what is what.
Practice does make perfect. I wouldn't say they don't access correctness on a case by case basis cause they pondered how to put a huge lovesac sectional couch together in about 5 seconds and had it together in 5 minutes. By my quick sketch. They can puzzle things out. They do admire us for White man's "warm" ways.
Japanese have incredibly high rate of hashimotos thyroiditis because they consume too much iodine. Americans are not iodine deficient. There are risks to consuming too much iodine.

After reading two books on the subject of iodine supplementation written by doctors who use iodine in their medical practice, and the history of The Goiter Belt, I will inform you that you’ve subscribed to common wisdom which is false.
Breast cancer, Ovarian cancer, and thyroid cancer are very common in the United States and they are the direct result of a lifetime of insufficient dietary iodine.
Ive read a little something on iodine too since I have autoimmune hypothyroidism. Theres more than adequate evidence that high iodine intake is a major risk factor for Hashimoto’s. How did your doctors explain away decades worth of evidence on this subject? More likely its you that has fallen for a fad.
Why do you believe you are having thyroid issues? What sort of thyroid issue are you suffering from? Hyper- or hypo? I supplement selenium and myo-inositol, Vit, D3 and several other antioxidants for my hypothyroidism. Too much iodine can exacerbate some thyroid conditions.
I wanna go just for no niggers! I've gotten to the point where it's hard for me to even be civil to niggers. I see them and I know what they think of us and it's so hard to contain my contempt. I know we've basically supported those beasts for almost a century and to think they're so fucking stupid not to at least pretend to be grateful is mind boggling. Yep another coontry would be a nice change.
It's got nothing to do with regulations, and everything to do with the fact that it's profitable for many industries if you consume garbage and are taught that it's normal to be overweight and unhealthy. You even get victimhood status here if you're an unhealthy, fat fuck.

He really did not quantify the "did not win the genetic lottery" thing. Demographics is destiny. We have blacks and Hispanics that both have higher average BMI than us. And the European climate is different so that all Europeans need to be adaptable to packing on weight for heat layer. Their our moments in our history where if you couldn't do that you wouldn't have passed the genetic bottleneck. Because of that if we are given access to a diet that allows it our bodies don't resist weight. The Japanese, sure the sumos are heavy, but the time effort they put into eating to get there is insane. They don't get that way from eating a little too much for three meals a day. They actually eat all day to make that happen. Cooking, eating, and a few hours working out is a 16 hour day for them.
[ - ] x0x7 1 point 2 monthsFeb 17, 2025 00:20:24 ago (+1/-0)
They always have. The only thing they know is social fear. You will never find a Japanese brave enough to say something is bullshit. Not in Japan at least.
There are roughly 50,000 kanji in the Dai Kan-wa Jiten (The Great Chinese-Japanese Dictionary). 3,000 accounts for the most commonly used characters in daily life.
Hiragana and Katakana are just phonetic alphabets and are pretty easy to pick up. Hiragana is used mostly for Japanese words, while Katakana gets used a lot for foreign words and loanwords. There's also Furigana, but that's just Hiragana characters written in a small font above a kanji character to indicate the proper reading when it's otherwise ambiguous.
Hiragana is also used for prepositions, endings of sentences, separating some words, etc., and also to make it easier to read without wanting to claw your eyes out.

Our ancestors added it to salt for this reason, lo and behold jews countered with war upon salt.
Without iodine, the thyroid functions poorly.
Symptoms include obesity, bipolar disorder, auto immune disorders .
Its another judeo-satanists well poison.
Women are especially vulnerable.
How many of us who had a relationship with eomen who were happy to the point of aggressive one week, depressed and suicidal the next?
That's the thyroid failing.
