You could see the visible discomfort in Munich after JD's speech. The European leaders didn't even stand up

The substance of the speech had some truths in it.

The delivery - basically reading for what seemed like the first time off of a teleprompter - made it seem like he didn't believe a single word of what he was saying.

Presumably the VP has to obey POTUS directions? If Trump tells Vance to read this speech, he has to? Even if the content is not something Vance believes in?

Seems like Vance might just be reading a script and playing a part, but I hope not.
