It answering your question but: Right now, I’ve decided to focus all of my mental effort into eating right. Been lifting on and off for the last decade and would like to see the muscles better and get lean.

I’ve lost 30 lbs in the last 40 days with a strict zero carb diet and eating less. Looking to have six pack abs again as it’s been a good ten years since I’ve had them. Don’t have much more to lose fortunately.

My advice is to at least do what comes naturally to you and stick to it. Weightlifting is something has proven to be cyclical so ai embrace a cutting cycle.

b) Sthenos (strength) requires needed resistance to wanted temptation. The biggest temptation? Ignoring resisting!

c) If you don't lift, then no extra gains...only what you already got.
