What this shows is that Trump actually hurts the Constitution by deferring to the ridiculous judgments of these independent judges in the small courts. By giving it weight he defers and destroys the constitutional principles of the coeco branches of the government as was clearly the intent by the founders as this gentleman lays out so perfectly. So Trump hurts the Constitution when he stops his executive actions indifference to these independent judiciary rulings. Even if it was at the Supreme Court level the president would not have to exceed to the judgment of the Supreme court. The Supreme Court does not hold superiority over the executive branch. This is an important principle that has been forgotten. Any following of any judge ruling by the president is voluntary and it's harmful to follow rules that are obviously bad.
