My college library was run by a snob who, unbeknownst to me was secretly running up late fees if I returned a book 3 mins after the library closed - which I had been doing religiously all quarter. Twice a week I picked up and quit studying when the library was announced closed and studiously dropped the book off on my way out. This must have been percieved as abusive towards the nicely dressed asshole with a moustache and glasses, who spoke elequently but never said shit to me about my habit of dropping the book on the way out. Finally, I found out when years later I requested my transcripts and my college refused to release it because that librarian fuck ran up $50 in late fees; which I never paid and I never will.

What does a college dweeb do when he isn't willing to pay $50 unjustly, but it's now collateralized against 6 years of your schoolwork?
