That trash article as suggests part of her youthfulness is due to a recent 50lb weight loss. I looked up some pics and while there are a few where she is a little heavier, I don't believe she ever had 50lbs to lose. Losing significant weight when you're older often makes you look older. So maybe there is a combination of things going on but I think mostly she just has really good genes. I was relived to see a few pics of her hands and they do actually look age appropriate. Hands, elbows, and knees are nearly impossible to keep "youthful".
