Do you get the sense that, generally, when people are told the USAID is spending $10M/yr for polar bear sex change operations, for example, that these people actually think USAID is really spending $10M/yr to change the sex of polar bears? Or, do you get the sense the people understand that most of the $10M/yr is being used for other things?
It seems, to me, that people think that this money is being wasted in the ways the are being reported and not being used for other things under the guise of what's being reported.

That money that went to Columbian trans groups raised an eye. The President of Columbia made the news when he was caught with a tranny at the theater. Seems like an obvious payoff versus a woke agenda item.
