OSHA can go fuck itself, for the most part. Industry safey was never about safety; it's about corporations paying expensive lip service so they can receive cheaper insurance premiums. OSHA just holds the gun to their heads to make sure they do.
The idea is to make it more lucrative to build those factories here instead of over seas. It did indeed do this, but prices were fucked up for a long time & still kind-of are. I wonder what this round will bring.
Oh yeah, someone's totally going to build a factory here now and they'll finish it right when Trump leaves office and that tariff immediately comes off. This just fucks us over again.
