They couldn't give a fuck about war crimes. The US doesn't recognize the legitimacy of the ICC unless the ICC rules in a way the the US wants them to rule. Most countries are no different. When the ICC put out a warrant for Putin, Putin went on an African tour and met with leaders in Asia. No one did shit to apprehend Putin. Why? Cause the ICC doesn't mean shit.
