Im envisioning a wire enclosure similar to a dog run with a literal dog house in it and one of them tinfoil looking space blankets.

If this is true (and I have no doubts), Zelensky just signed his own death warrant. If he has actual documentation signed by the State Department/Blinken and Biden that is hard evidence. Same if he has bank account numbers that never got funds and his banks can show it.
