A striking bird, lovely whooping sound, but an absolute demon in the garden. Gobbles up new seedlings. I wasn't sure if it was the bird eating my new dwarf beans or slugs or both. Anyway...the beans seem to be growing ok.

animal friendly solution, just like it ought to be. But the birds will be disappointed.

I don't think we have those in our part of the world. Anyway, I never saw one like that.
