Entire Victoria School Board fired by B.C. education minister over its ban on police in schools

British Columbia’s education minister has fired the entire Victoria School Board after a lengthy dispute over its refusal to allow police in schools except in emergencies, in a rare move the ousted chair called “profoundly undemocratic.”

The elected board of School District No. 61 has said the ban, in place since 2023, was based on reports that some students and teachers — particularly those who are Indigenous or people of colour _ did not feel safe with officers in schools.

and one of those is an outright fucking lie, becuase

“First Nations leadership have told me directly that they cannot continue to work with a board that does not believe in governing with transparency, integrity or in the public interest,” Beare said.

Songhees Nation Chief Ron Sam expressed “immense gratitude for Minister Beare and her entire team” in a statement.

Deplorable, most of the time I agree with you about the fuz. The only good pig is dead in a ditch soaking in piss. This time seems like it might be a little different. It seems to me that this "school board" wants the White children to be abused by the beasts without having anyone there to keep them somewhat safer. I refuse to say protected or safe because the damn pigs are just as likely to help the shitskin animals instead of the White children they should be protecting. But it would be bad publicity for them to be videoed standing back while some low IQ turd kills an innocent White child.
I don't agree with either of these solutions. If they separated the White children from the animals then the White children would not need to have pigs "guarding" them. They wouldn't need to waste their time and resources on the animals because it never does any good anyway. That's the only real solution. But I'm sure not taking the side of the "school board" in this.
