i ordered some rice, ground beef and black beans pottage for lunch and it sucked big time

i got hungry earlier and a thought came to my mind to order some white rice along with ground beef and black beans pottage for lunch and boy the food tasted like shit. insipid, without flavor and even when i added some salt to add some flavor to it the food just was still stale. i just had to ate a small portion of it because i couldnt handle it anymore so to the garbage it went. fucking ppl dont know how cook well a meal. the surprising part is that i dont get it how that restaurant is still open.

the portions were large but that was in vain becauuse there was zero taste in it. :(

i feel bad that i wasted 24 bucks on this shit

Because you have to add some spices for a good con carne.

Sauté the onion, add paprika, cumin, chilli, salt and pepper as a minimum, tomatoes, black beans, beef and suet.

Cooking skills are an investment, persevere OP.

i know the restaurant just forgot how to cook well. and no i no i dont know how to cook but have you been to the supermarket as of late. EVERYTHING IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IT WAS PRE 2020. anyhow, i learned that i will not buy from that restaurant again. another one off my list.


its not the end of the world. i can do some sammiches on the side :)
