Had only watched a bit at the linked section. The whole episode appears to be about wanting men to accept current society and to sell the use of their minds and bodies to "someone who can put them to better use than the owners". I probably disagree with their world views entirely, not just their arguments after the link.

As for the "smoking weed and playing video games for only 38 of 168 hours per week, someone needs to find more compelling video games, or to start doing a successful business or project.
