Defective headphones madness continues

Last, 2024 year I posted about the high rate of new defective headphones from top brands.

All prices are expensive, about $300.

I've got several headphones, all were defective:

Sony - power button quit working after one day.

JBL - headphones started pausing music, disabling ambient control, need constant reboot. App is freezing.

Sennheiser - power button quit telling power level. Battery can't fully charge.

Cambridge - headphones produced background white noise. Headband is designed flat on top instead of round, after a few minutes normal heads start feeling pain because of pressure on top.

This 2025 year it still continues.

Technics - ambient control sometimes freezes, touch control has false activation, on head sensor never works when headphones are put back on head, microphones start crackling when talking loud, talking on the phone, or coughing, sometimes white noise in background when ambient control is on.

As you can see, the Technics are the most fucked up, any part is defective. Like they were never tested before production.

This is not only me. On forums people complain to have the same defects. It's not single defective units, they are entire defective stocks from factory with massive return rates.

All of your are caused by the spyware chips that have poor integration with the software and hardware that handles audio.

i think ive had one expensive set of earbuds that i paid $350 for i have no idea what happened to them, and i got a set of some bluetooth noise cancelling headphones (i think they were JBLs. they were nice and great sound and it did what it says it does, but i dont like the weight or shit on my head. unless its attached to a two way radio on a pit wall) with a samsung phone a few years ago, ive never been a full headphone person (im from the days when they were bigger than fuckin pilot headsets) so never did dig the whole high end headphone thing, used mine twice and sold them.

You can get these no name brand bluetooth earbuds (liquid ears?) theyre like $30 from the supermarket and actually shit on basic samsung or apple brand earbuds, and unless youre a hardcore audiophile.... dont need anything more expensive. the clone apple ones (kind of the bud with the stick shape on them) were pretty shit and a diff brand but its the one thing china does actually seem to be competent at.

Earbuds are junk for autistic teens. Normal people use normal Hi-Fi headphones.

I paid $40.00 (in 2020) for a Logitech USB / Wi-fi Headset and it is still working perfectly.

Stop paying for overpriced shit, with features that you do not need.

You obviously never tried Hi-Fi headphones. I was like that before, buying headphiones for $50. Once you try Hi-Fi, you can't go back.

that fucking gets on my tits right there.

although some brand has actually just launched a phone that actually has an ir blaster in it, they handy as all fuck, ive still got an old samsung note i use as a TV remote. so at least someone is bringing back some half useful shit... but now im going to find out tvs dont use fuckin ir to recieve remote control signals any more arent i...
