Olive oil is an amazing taste enhancer albeit @Bushchuck @Bushchuck5000 who is a Chef, among many other things, reckons the real stuff tastes like ...grass!

Nice, dude. I’m actually planning to purchase some olive oil this weekend.

I don’t know anything about it but would like to find quality virgin and refined types as I will be crafting an anti pasta salad for my wife. Also need to find a good source of salami and ham. One day, I may start making my own salami.
