Dump paypal if you have it. A few weeks ago had a conversation with a friend and turns out a lot of "businesses" south of the border only accept Paypal and they will overcharge people and scam them and Paypal does nothing about it.

I think so. I've never been a "Seller" on Paypal but the seller can add charges after the fact where Venmo is a one on one transaction.

They added shit to their terms of service to allow these terminations and people that paid attention left years ago.
