The post is simple, it's an old idea and solves several problems but no one in government wants to implement it.

All food would be grown domestically and include "shelf-stable" items such as juice, pasta, canned meat and beans.

I could make these boxes more "efficient"

The entire "welfare program" is a giant kickback scheme being used to slip in "approved vendors" right under our noses.
