Good luck with that! You would have to keep your kid(s) locked up in a closet! You know that they'll get it at school, Birthday parties, sports, Loaded into other foods they eat etc...
[ - ] Razzoriel 1 point 3 monthsJan 24, 2025 20:17:56 ago (+1/-0)
You dont want kids to grow in bubbles. Introducing ultraprocessed foods to them in homeopathic doses is imperative to prevent the common "sugar tooth" phenomenon on adults. Important to note, they will still crave it, but understanding how to eat it also provides context for them later in life.
"A person cannot crave food they never had before" that's gotta be some kinda super dumb.
Oh yea? Try not feeding a baby breastmilk. Or formula for that matter. Never had it before (all their food at that point came pre-digested from the placenta, in case your special kinda stupid), surely they can't crave it.
Fuckin retard. Brains crave sugar by their metabolic nature. Ketones are a solid secondary source of energy. Deprive a brain of either, and they will crave any source that can deliver it to them, regardless of whether its given it to them previously or not.
Dumpster post belongs in the dumpster. "Oh brains don't require energy if they've never had energy" very solid 10/10 Darwin wins again.
You missed the point entirely. The retard is you. Now since you are susceptible to drugs, are you gonna be doing every one you find pleasurable? Perhaps you can OD while you're at it. This is your logic.
Uh oh! "I know you are, but what am I!?" has shown up.
Now since you are susceptible to drugs, are you gonna be doing every one you find pleasurable? Perhaps you can OD while you're at it. This is your logic.
What? That's not the logic of my argument... you are terrible at logic. My logic is that his opening statement is demonstrably false by applying just a modicum of scrutiny.
My brain doesn't crave drugs because it has never needed drugs - my brain is not literally fueled by drugs. However, before I was born, my brain was consuming glucose, as was basically every other cell in my body. Your perversion of my point is like saying "my car craves nitrous, so you're gonna feed it until it blows the cylinder head" after I said "cars need gas - people who want to drive cars (effectively the brain of the thing) will inherently seek gasoline" in the same way that people who want to live will inherently seek sources of sugar.
Glucose is sugar, btw. Sucrose is "ingredient sugar," which is a disaccharide of glucose and fructose, which is why your body craves it even if you've never actually eaten it. The guy's opening statement is demonstrably false with just a fraction of a second's thought. Babies will instinctively crawl to a nipple and latch on because they're craving that sustenance, even though they've never had that food before.
It's interesting you bring up drugs though, because crack babies are a real world counter to your drug assertion. Heroin babies as well.
I get the point - "moderate your kids' sugar intake, avoid feeding them pure sugar." It's not some kind of allegory of the cave level proclamation. But he said it in a very stupid way, largely because his opening statement is, again, demonstrably false. He could have just said his point and directed readers to a list of the thousands of studies on obesity and diabetes being causally linked to excessive sugar consumption. Instead he just said something dumb, doing himself, and the point, a gross disservice.
3 short paragraphs too much? Retard confirmed I suppose.
Then again, here I am trying to talk reason and logic with a barely literate troglodyte. Now I know. And it locks together the puzzle of why you would vehemently defend the retarded tweet.
Before the internet, the village idiot stayed in his own village. Now they clique up like you, OP, and Elie Jarrouge.
Actual sugar in foods is somewhat self-limiting (to a point, so be careful), as it causes you to feel full much sooner. HFCS, on the other hand, does not cause these signals, making mass consumption much, much easier.
HFCS is also used for the solubility factor. Speaking to your "somewhat self-limiting" point about sugar, you can cram a lot more sugar into a beverage more easily through using HFCS than you could with conventional solid sucrose. That solubility also lets it hit your bloodstream faster, gives you a higher high than solid sugar alone could ever give you, and whamo.
And I don't even hate HFCS. It's got its place in food chemistry alongside MSG, gluten, and other controversial additives (though it could easily be argued that gluten and MSG are much more natural). It's a viable source of brain/muscle fuel and flavor at the end of the day. But it is entirely abused in the food industry to create more addictive products (what industry doesn't have that implicit/explicit goal these days?). This is the industrial sector that gave us cocaine in Coke and heroin in cough syrup, after all.

Go to hell. People including children ate sugar long before the brainwashing caused obesity.
People who buy food they don't make don't think there's any sugar in it. Telling them to cut out sugar is redirecting them from the problem and more of the same old same old preaching they starrted that caused the obesities to bloom
My mother was so-so cook, but an expert baker. We had cookies, cakes and pies alll the time. I grew up on a farm, so I guess we worked it off. I never gained weight. I never fluctuated more than ten pounds. I'm a few years past retirement age, and I still wear the same size pants I wore in high school. The same my whole life. I don't eat that stuff anymore. I don't even eat bread.
Yes, and thank Kellogg's cereal for that by introducing "breakfast" and loading it with sugars oy vey. and now many kids go around drinking energy drinks.
Someone the other day was just telling me about a young guy they knew in his early 20s that permanently fucked up his heart by drinking too many energy drinks.
Some dumb bitch was telling me she goes through cases of red bull every week. Like multiple 24 packs from amazon. She said she had something like 20000 drinks in total in her order history. She was also a total nutcase chugging red bull at a wedding, unhinged retard status.
Humans were not switched to plant based diets. We come from great apes who had almost exclusively plant based diets. Humans increased their meat consumption but never totally gave up plant based foods. We are overwhelmingly descended from neolithic and bronze age farmers. Weve been eating grain heavy diets for thousands of years. Glucose based metabolism is not evil or unhealthy. It just should not be overutilized. All meat diets also have their health risks.
Youve read the books on how the Alps were created by a close pass with jupiter and the Igigi secretly control society. Something like that. Am I right? You don’t discard thousands of years of scientific method and bayesian hypothesis testing because bad actors exist.
Come back and talk to me as an equal when you you can explain why mountain ranges are in Lichtenberg patterns complete with plasma discharge shock diamond patterns.
Judeo-niggers cannot. Ayran white men can with use of electric discharges
Rocks crystalize in predictable patterns because of their underlying molecular structures. Including mountains. Erosion is a self similar repeating process that also creates fractal patterns. I don’t know what lichtenberg fractals are. But fractal patterns are observed in all sorts of things. It doesnt mean that the Igigi from jupiter had a hand in the formation of mountains.
Ayran white men can with use of electric discharges
Can what? Talk to you as an equal with use of electrical discharges? You sound like a crazy person.
Where were european hunter gatherers living in the ice age? Sweden? No. Glaciers made most of Europe unliveable. Europeans lived in the refugia of iberia, italy and the caucasus during the lgm. They didn’t eat heavy grain diets but they definitely ate fruits and vegetables.
Do you think I meant ice age when I said neolithic? Neolithic is not ice age. 8000 years ago neolithic grain eating farmers spread across europe, effectively ending hunter gatherer societies forever. We all have significant ancestry from those farmers. The ice age had already been over for thousands of years. Our people have been heavy grain eaters for 8000 years.
People who have high meat consumption, particularly of red meat, tend to have shorter lifespans. That has been found in several long term diet studies. I have read that this is probably due to high sulfur consumption (red meat has alot of it). Sulfur metabolism creates more free radical damage to cells or something like that. Experiments on animals confirm that low sufur diets confer longevity. The best “longevity” diets in practice seem to be like the okinawa diet that has small amount of meat and high polyphenol consumption. I think fish has lower sulfur and may be a better choice for protein.
Having reasearched a litte about longevity, I can tell you that there is a trade off between vigor and longevity. Sulfur and sulfur containing aminos are good for growth and tissue repair and reproduction. They are anabolic. For longevity you want more catabolism. You don’t want a lot of vigorous muscular growth for example. Having a muscular physique is almost as bad as having extra fat where longevity is concerned. It is likely the reason why women live longer (less muscle). In more anabolic metabolism with a lot of amino acids, the cells “burn out” faster ( reach cellular senescence) . High amino acids diet is thought to be bad for cancer too (ie., good for cancer cells , bad for you) . Like, the sort of nutrients that are advertised on weight gainers for building muscle are exactly the ones they say turn on tumor growth.
Glucose metabolism also has its problems but is seems like this can be offset by choosing plants with a lot of polyphenols (fresh fruits and veggies)
People who have high meat consumption, particularly of red meat, tend to have shorter lifespans. That has been found in several long term diet studies.
Who do you think funded these studies? The study showing that seed oils are ackshually good for us is funded by a Chinese billionaire... These studies are so expensive that only elites can fund them. The studies you refer to have flawed methodologies as well. I can't fool myself into being as cocksure as you are of almost anything.
The carnivore diet, being high in red meat and devoid of junk foods, has barely been studied at all. The studies you refer to count McDonalds as "red meat consumption". Carnivore doctors suggest that sugar in conjunction with meat is what leads to cardiovascular disease, and that the elevated cholesterol levels on carnivore diet are fine in the absence of carbs, phytosterols, etc, but it hasn't been sufficiently studied to my knowledge. Many people report doing well with carnivore, although it is an experiment. It's almost impossible to be overweight on carnivore diet as your body naturally trends towards a healthy weight, just as all other animals have no problem achieving when they eat their species-appropriate diet. There is no Chinese/jewish billionaire that wants to fund research on the carnivore diet. Goyim largely eating meat would be a problem, they want us to eat more cheaply as they continue to plunder what little remains of our wealth and transition to a more peasant-appropriate diet, like grains+bugs.
I've tried and experimented with all diets (except vegan) in failed attempts to heal my gut issues that doctors won't help me with. I am sure of the fact that I don't trust the (((monied))) interests that fund our research. I trust them about as much as the kikes who dictate our history books.
I've seen many experts say that everyone, male or female, should be building some muscle because the muscle mass helps to limit blood glucose spikes, and strength is highly correlated with lifespan and healthspan. For instance, Dr. Gabrielle Lyons, Dr. Peter Attia, Thomas DeLauer, Bryan Johnson, Dom D'Agostino, and countless others. Though yes, there is such a thing as overdoing it, though few would accidentally have that problem.
Without an uncorrupted institution performing any of this absurdly expensive research, all I can tell people is to avoid things that are obviously bad, do the things that are obviously good (resistance training, cardio at various intensities without overdoing it), and experiment with any of these purported approaches and see what works for them.
I see the game. Any studies that are submitted as evidence which refute your claim are immediately dismissed as jewish or chinese. These were reputable long term studies and their results have been replicated in 100s of animal models. High protein usually means high sulfur and early death.
The carnivore diet, being high in red meat and devoid of junk foods, has barely been studied at all.
Youre wrong.
The studies you refer to count McDonalds as "red meat consumption".
You made that up. These studies were on 7th day adventists and health food store consumers. These groups live healthier than normal lifestyles regardless of their meat consumption. Manufacturing such an argument is really bad faith..
I've tried and experimented with all diets (except vegan) in failed attempts to heal my gut issues that doctors won't help me with
Thats you. I have no gut issues and I am a vegetarian. Im no spring chicken. There are problems with plant and grain foods and their are problems with meat consumption. Heavy meat eaters do not live a long time. They burn out early. Look at body builders ffs. They eat more protein than anyone. You think they have good longevity?
I've seen many experts say that everyone, male or female, should be building some muscle because the muscle mass helps to limit blood glucose spikes,
No. Low BMI positively correlates to longevity. Better than low body fat. Excess muscle is not good for longevity. Its good for chopping logs and reproducing. Theres broad agreement on this point amoung longevity researchers. Don’t believe me. Read the research in this field instead of dismissing everything I say as too corrupt to acknowlege. Im telling you something you don’t want to hear, and so you are scrambling to justify ignoring it. Its irrational.
There is no game and you've become angry. I should've listened to the other commenter in not engaging with you. Please post some links to some to some RCTs or meta analyses on the carnivore diet outcomes, since you claim that significant studies exist... I'll wait.
Men who believe in the Igigi, magical beings from jupiter? Who cares what such men say? Youre an ignoramous. Humans have a directl link to apes. We are apes.
Plants were small, bitter, seasonal and could not be preserved.
What are you talking about retard? Plants can be dried. People living in the tropics didn’t need to preserve food.

I don’t mind you teaching me either, when you have something other than retardation to teach.
[ - ] Belfuro 1 point 3 monthsJan 25, 2025 01:40:19 ago (+1/-0)
Just to elaborate on the judeo-satanists crap about muh apes.
We don't have the same fucking number of chromosomes. 46 vs 48
Not one ale dpecies has Rh- blood.
Not one is essentially hairless.
Not one has chins.
When our ancestors wrote that aliens called Annunaki created humans by mixing their dna with terran hominids why woukd they lie abd in light of how they explains all the mysteries of humanity including where the races came from...
The line of adam and eve mixed with other earth hominids to make us their descendants.
Choromosome numbers change periodically in evolution. All mammals are related relative to lizards and birds. But they don’t all have the same number of chromosomes. Two pair of chromosomes in an early human ancestor fused to form one pair. The genes on that fused pair are comparable to the genes on the unfused pairs in other apes. That proves that we came from a recent ancestor with 48 chromosoms.
They all have the Rh gene, just not the Rh- allele. But Rhesus monkeys do. And most humans do not. It doesn’t prove anything.
Not one has chins.
Yes they do. Theyre just shaped differently.
Not one is essentially hairless.
So what. None of them wear pants and shirts either. Do you think there might be a link!?
When our ancestors wrote that aliens called Annunaki created humans by mixing their dna with terran hominids why woukd they lie abd in light of how they explains all the mysteries of humanity including where the races came from...
Our ancestors, or rather middle easterners’ ancestors , made up stories to explain the world. The most plausible stories stuck. But theres no such think as magic or anything supernatural. There are no gods or spirits. We dont have to believe made up stories from the iron age. Those people understood very little compared to us.
The line of adam and eve mixed with other earth hominids to make us their descendants.
There appears to have been a patrilineal adam and a matrilineal eve. They were primitive homo sapiens, probably. Certainly genus homo. They were not aliens . They didn’t even live at the same time. They didn’t know each other. They were not magic. I can’t believe anybody thinks this shit.
Anything that has been engineered to give a pleasureable experience can be habit forming.
When the addictive behavior is removed from the user, they feel restless and depressed because their normal pleasure response has been altered.
Children cannot enjoy healthy foods if they are regularly given hyperpalatable foods. I think its dangerous to give kids (or anyone) foods that taste really really good. Thats right, I just said that. Children will enjoy healthy foods if that is all they are given.
I know someone whose brother is over 30 and still will only eat chicken nuggets and pizza, everything else makes him want to vomit because his parents gave in to that shit when he was a kid.
In contrast I would eat almost anything put in front of me as a kid because sweets and shit wasn't kept in our house. On Halloween though I was allowed to keep all my candy and eat the shit out of it til it was gone. It's all about expectations you set with your kid, a treat isn't a treat if you get it all the time!
That was pretty much how our house was. We did not have potato chips or sugary cereals in the pantry. We only had dessert on special occassions.
I discovered when dieting that when you eliminate more palatable foods for a sufficient period of time, the less palatable “healthy” foods begin to taste better, feel more satisfying. There are chemicals in your brain that control satiety and if you are eating candy and chocolate and junk foods frequently you can only feel satiety with those foods. Your threshhold of satiety is raised. You have to “withdraw” from those foods for a period and then stuff like salad literally begins to taste better. I was so suprised to discover this! I feel it is very similar to what happens in drug addictions when sober periods becomes unendurable.
[ - ] Stonkmar 1 point 3 monthsJan 24, 2025 19:18:26 ago (+1/-0)
My parents grew up so poor they only had potato chips to eat for meals. When they were older, they carried on with eating chips. They're all still alive and kicking. Makes me think it's not so much the chips, but thousands of chemical ingredients. Chips are usually only 3 ingredients.
An all carb diet (potatoes) is not healthy. Potatoes are “empty calories”. They don’t have a lot of vitamins and nutrients and most are probably destroyed by the heat (frying).
Fats are not so bad but what kind of fats have been used for potato chip frying ? Vegetable oil mostly, which is very bad when heated. Lard, butter, coconut oil are more stable in frying and dont create free radicals.
Some people have good longevity and buck the odds with crappy diets. That is also possible. My dad doesn’t eat too healthy— he is really old. I do think the dangers of potato chips are indeed potato chips
That makes parents the drug dealers: "What do you want for breakfast, Billy? Sugar Pops, Frosted Flakes, some glazed doughnuts, 5 gallons of Coca-Cola, or 100g of pure heroin injected directly into your heart? Come on make up your mind or you'll be late for propaganda er I mean school."
My mom would never let us eat junk food/desserts except on holidays and vacations. I remember my sister would ask for fruity pebbles on her birthday because that was the only time she could have it. I watched all the commercials for those sugary cereals knowing I could never have them because I had a “mean” mom, lol.
I don't know how I will navigate my kids through the shitshow that is the consumerist american diet. So far we've kept sugars away from my kid with a few exceptions. It's crazy how much they love sugar and keep asking for it once you gave them some.
You know...I think all this sugar hype is blown out of proportion, I like my sweets but I like good food more...but I like my sweets, oh, and my sweetness.

Youre wrong.
You made that up. These studies were on 7th day adventists and health food store consumers. These groups live healthier than normal lifestyles regardless of their meat consumption. Manufacturing such an argument is really bad faith..

Men are talking.
Humans have no direct link to apes at all. Remember biology 101 you jew mouth puppet?
Plants were small, bitter, seasonal and could not be preserved.
Plant based diets are due to refrigeration and gmo and globalization.
I don't mind teaching you. I give time to all children seeking knowledge.
Just be quiet unless asking questions

What are you talking about retard? Plants can be dried. People living in the tropics didn’t need to preserve food.
I don’t mind you teaching me either, when you have something other than retardation to teach.

They all have the Rh gene, just not the Rh- allele. But Rhesus monkeys do. And most humans do not. It doesn’t prove anything.
Yes they do. Theyre just shaped differently.
So what. None of them wear pants and shirts either. Do you think there might be a link!?
Our ancestors, or rather middle easterners’ ancestors , made up stories to explain the world. The most plausible stories stuck. But theres no such think as magic or anything supernatural. There are no gods or spirits. We dont have to believe made up stories from the iron age. Those people understood very little compared to us.
