The absolute cheapest I've seen in my area (Aldi's) as of 01/23/25 is:

$4.75.

Which doing the math works out to roughly ยข.40 an egg.

The last time eggs were high, I started buying them off a local farmer who was selling either duck or chicken eggs for around $4 a dozen. Reasoned I might as well get quality if I'm going to be paying that much anyway.

Probably will start doing that again soon.

I sell mine for 6 dollars. They have 5 acres to run around in although they don't use it all . No GMO feed . This is the hill I die on if they come for them. Wife's in too. We're fed up with the bullshit
