If you consume a drink and can take it or leave it, you don’t have an affinity for alcoholism.
If you consume a drink and it works as a powerful stimulant that floods the brain with dopamine and you already already looking forward to your next drink, you have an affinity for alcoholism. 1 in 8 people experience this stimulating effect. (Or so I’ve read)
Drinking a beer for me would always start the narrative in my mind: Time to go on an adventure.
Everyones brain is flooded with dopamine after a drink. And a bunch of other chemicals that produce pleasure, relaxation, etc. For genetic and environmental reasons, some are more susceptible to repeat that behavior. Drinking felt like a vacation from being me. Not sure I was looking for excitement as much as relief. I found it very difficult to stop at one drink . But I think that the more you drink the harder that will be, regardless of your genetic risk factors.
I got drunk almost daily for 20 years . A few weeks after quitting I was heartbroken about how I was partially present for my family for so long , and all the money I pissed away .
THIS ^^^. I've been drinking since I was 16 and never ended up in jail or in any trouble because of it. I do drink top shelf stuff so it's expensive and if I stopped I'd have a couple hundred dollars more at the end of year but wouldn't make much of a difference.
There are people who should never drink. The ones who drink up their paychecks or buy booze instead of diapers or food for the family. Repeat DUI idiots.

Neither did I. I didn’t even think I was an alcoholic. Until I quit. And then I really knew I was.
And by the way those couple hundred dollars go directly to jews and other really terrible people. The worst people run that industry. They try to enslave teenagers with this addiction so they can live off them for the rest of their lives. They don’t care if they ruin white families. Don’t support them. Theyre parasites.
If i had nancy pelosi money I would be buying cases of Martnellis sparkling apple cider.I know it's not alcohol but it has the same feel as alcohol the guy in the video mentioned but actually tastes good.
I'll have to try Martinellis, I've seen it in the stores, but never really cared enough bring it home. Your recommendation has inspired me to try it... Thanks
If we are giving alcohol to our young people, isn’t this russian roulette? You don’t even have a predisposition and it almost killed you right? Its truly bad stuff. Weve become acclimatized to this drug and its penalties over thousands of years. But it only harms our society. Its a bad allocation of resources. Nobody can justify its consumption economically, morally or healthwise. It takes a massive toll on all of us.
Its like niggers. The hidden costs are redistributed so that it seems not as bad as it truly is.

I stopped for 6 months a couple of years ago to lose some weight. I never have had any "shakes" or withdrawal from it.

I think it's always potentially dangerous, and always has a cost, but the costs can be kept low enough to be worth it.
