I walk barefoot on the snow. Neighbors will occasionally see me take out the trash in shorts and a t-shirt, sans-shoe, in a snow storm. It's not that cold you weenie.

Normally I wear pants when I go out though. Because I'm doing things that require them.

I only own 2 pair of long pants too, I wear them for gigs. Otherwise I wear sweatpants. Paint-spattered for work, clean for home. Shorts when temps rise above 75.
