An actual truth they're two separate sculptures. The bull sculpture has been there forever. It was made by a certain sculptor and has to do with Wall Street. Then one day this little girl sculpture showed up. It was not approved by the designer of the bull sculpture. The desire of the bull sculpture is actually really mad about the whole situation and says it shouldn't be allowed because it alters the meaning of his sculpture and he didn't approve it.
