Compare to my cheapo alternative. 9 cents per 100 mg. Over a dollar per day seems spendy for a single vitamin, but the marketing does make it sound pretty gnarly.
At least 80% of the ingredients come from Switzerland – in our case it is even more. These ingredients come from our contractual partners in Switzerland, some even directly from the farm, such as our colostrum. In contrast to "Made in Switzerland", "Swiss made" is subject to Swiss federal regulations. Strict regulations such as GMP, HACCP and freedom from genetic engineering are a matter of course for us as a Swiss manufacturer.
They do talk a good pitch. Maybe it really is good.
This blend is formulated with 8 unique forms of elemental magnesium, and ensures maximum absorption. Every form, from Magnesium Oxide to Magnesium glycinate, brings its unique advantage to the table, ensuring that your body benefits from the full spectrum of magnesium's benefits. It's not just a supplement; it's a comprehensive magnesium experience formulated for maximum benefit.
Or searching for Magnesium Complex finds a bunch like this. I don't know that you need 8 different forms of magnesium, but this one has it. Not an endorsement of this particular brand... But it is 5x less expensive than the swiss version.

Oh for fucks sake, the amount of mental energy people spend talking about supplements.
You could spend half this amount for a bottle that contains six times the number of servings and just take two a day. There ya go. There's your "bioavailability" problem solved.
Nutritional supplements have to rank near the top of marketplaces with the absolute highest amount of irrational behaviors.

Retards like you is precisely why I post less now. Most users are sick of arguing incessantly with halfwits.
Also just stop taking supplements and eat a balanced diet, Mg supplementation inhibits VitD, impairs K and competes with Zn pathways.
Fuck everyone in this thread.
