How did she and the similar photos escape injury to the face and neck, while having their arms blown off? In one of those the AI recognized an arm shouldn't end in a stump, and put blood on it even though the stump was supposed to be healed.

If she got caught with that shirt on, it would be full of holes and powder burns. Typically, hospitals would not put a shirt back on an injured soldier as it's easier to work with them (shower, re-wrap a bandage, check for gangrene and infection, etc etc) in a hospital gown, which is what gowns were designed for.

It's possible that she's getting ready to check out, but she doesn't look in good enough condition to me. Mom showed with the coat though, so likely.
