I would like to know the technicals of how it went offline in the States. I don't use tiktoc but it loads for me outside of the States, but when using a vpn with a US IP the domain changes to ...affinity.... I don't plan to spend time a bunch of time investigating but I'm wondering where are the datacenters at, is it a ip geoblock, dns poisoning, as much as social media sucks, im amazed at the power of dns resolvers and organizations such as mozzila,google, msft and apple to easily block anything.
