Dad bought us a go kart when we were kids and we drove it up and down the street. Then the kids down the street got jealous and called the cops on us. The cop came, took a ride in it, then said "keep it off the road" and left.
We never stopped driving on our street. It was a really cool dead end street with a killer turn that we could drift around. Good times.

What we're seeing here is nigger laziness on display. A nigger will ride literally anything to avoid walking somewhere. Around here you can rent these little electric scooters, they look like oversized razor scooters. Every day I see big hulking sambos scooting around town. They look fuckin ridiculous, I've started calling them monkey movers. A while ago those "hoverboards" were the broke nigger transportation of choice, before that it was your bike.

You don't need a license, insurance or registration for a go cart or a riding mower with a modified gearbox. He's saving thousands of dollars a year that the rest of us suckers are forking over to pay for his hospital bills.
