Look, Kozel, most pork is farmed now. You can actually go enjoy a medium rare porkchop at a fine restaurant, because 99% of bacterium and virii are eliminated. Have done so on many occasions. Seriously, life is good, in the pork world. Berkshire, Iberico, and the other 20,000 boutique pork producers. Live life!
