Rest In Peace to a legend.
Eraserhead & Twin Peaks are some of the oddest movies & TV shows of all time.
I thought he was doing good & trying to get Twin Peaks back on TV.
2025 is starting off bad.

A lot of his movies are disgusting but I loved Dune (1984 version), one of my faves.

I call the remakes:
Dune but without the white people.

I stick to the fan edited version of 1984 Dune.
Great cast.

I also enjoyed the Scifi miniseries.

Yes Lynch’s Dune had a stellar cast. Jurgen Prochnow, Patrick Stewart, Max von Sydow, the list goes on. I like the fan edit too. What was it , spicediver I think?

Lynch's Dune puts me to a hypnotic sleep. I fell asleep in the 4th row of the theatre when viewing on original release... awoke on Arrakis and they were riding sandworms. But it was great, I was not bored just had to sleep. Vampyr (1932) does the weird sleep thing too. Both are top tier, I don't know wtf is up, both can induce a hypnotic sleepy dream like state.

I sometimes watch it if I can’t sleep. Im often asleep before they leave caladan. I wish there was a movie just about Caladan.

The Giedi Prime/Harkonen scenes are not conducive to sleep however.

Twin Peaks is a mindfuck of occult symbolism. Doesn't make much sense at all if you watch it for any reason other than decoding the symbolism.
