Nigger, there is no such thing as an "unlawful request" in this context. A "lawful request" means they just ask for it. If I call up Telegram and ask for your data, I'm making a "lawful request" but Telegram would likely say no. They should do the same for law enforcement if they don't have a warrant.

Cops accuse people of bullshit all the time and use social media information for witch hunts and selective enforcement. Telegram is wrong to turn over data to anyone without a warrant. They a bunch of fuckin' faggots because they do.

And, you're link is not a full version of the article. It's their ToS about how they are a bunch of fuggin' fags, and it says "valid legal orders", which cops can't even do. Cops have no authority to order you to turn over information without a warrant.
