Brother's wife says 10 level pain for 4 years. 4 years. What can it be. Not being sarcastic just wow what can it possibly be. Really asking here - any snark is perceived - what a mystery. What the fuck coulda happened? Baffling. I'm baffled over here and i just want to solve it.

The 10 is recent. Before then it would spike to 10 but now it's whenever she turns her head or something. She thinks it's arthritic. I looked it up and they list that as a possible side effect. Honestly with the problems I've had with headaches I suspect that carbonated beverages may have played a part. What I mean by that is weird stuff gives you pain. She's tried everything she says and feels suicidal. When he told me it's been 4 years I said that's interesting and showed him the screenshot of the side effects. He has grown enough to say "interesting" as a reply

A 10/10 pain level leaves you in dysfunctional agony. You can't speak or sustain rational thought. You're pretty much just writhing. People exaggerate their pain.

[ - ] Dindu [op] 4 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 19:38:28 ago (+4/-0)

I think she means spikes that are now starting to persist to the point of suicidal thoughts.

[ - ] s23erdctfvyg 3 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 19:04:49 ago (+3/-0)

Pretty sure 10 is you can't breathe and are actively going into shock from the pain. I would say the worst I've ever been at was 8, and I could only speak for a second at a time and largely couldn't breathe.

[ - ] JudyStroyer 1 point 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 23:35:20 ago (+1/-0)

This happened to me while passing a stone from my kidney to my bladder. Read my reply to postwall here. My fucking hands first started to tingle(mind you this is after dealing with excruciating pain for a while already) and then went completely numb and I swore I was having a heart attack. I was literally writhing the way you explained. That is for sure my level 10.

[ - ] dulcima 2 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 21:03:46 ago (+2/-0)

You can writhe on the ground after breaking a limb.

[ - ] TheBigGuyFromQueens 0 points 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 03:29:26 ago (+0/-0)

Yeah. Anyone who is saying 10 needs to realize that it would be like someone sprayed your torso with acid after gut shooting you. 8 is much more likely if you're still able to write and speak. I have had some sciatica that cause me to seize occasionally in paralysis and when it is that painful, I would still only say it's like a 7 and the rest of the day is like a 5.

[ - ] PostWallHelena 7 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 18:15:28 ago (+8/-1)

This is your SIL? This started soon after the jab? You haven’t given us many details. If you really want our spergy medical advice you need to tell us what kind of pain she’s having and whether she’s had any diagnoses. It could be an autoimmune/inflammatory condition triggered by the vax.

[ - ] Sector2 11 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 18:27:00 ago (+11/-0)

The 10/10 pain rating is enough detail to know she's lying about her pain level.

[ - ] PostWallHelena 2 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 19:06:56 ago (+3/-1)*

That sort of rating system is relative. My ten is not necessarily your ten. Or I might change my mind about what ten means to me if I get hit by a car.

Maybe she’s histrionic. Or maybe she’s dealing with a high amount of pain. We just dont know. She could have some sort of off the charts neuropathy pain.

[ - ] Sector2 3 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 20:26:56 ago (+3/-0)*

10/10 is what you'd experience while dying in a fire. My complaint is that people in general have become so pathetic that, for example, "feeling uncomfortable" with a camera in public has become such a crisis that it needs immediate police response. Exaggerated pain levels are another symptom of that excessive sensitivity.

[ - ] HonkyMcNiggerSpic 4 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 20:33:07 ago (+4/-0)

This. 10 is reserved for burn victims or bone cancer victims.

[ - ] BloodyComet 2 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 20:54:52 ago (+2/-0)

Or someone with significant other trauma. A bullet wound might begin to feel like a "10" compared to anything else you've ever experienced before. But if you're shot twice, let's say once in the ass-cheek and once in the kneecap... you'll probably have a different (higher) rating for the shot to the knee compared to the one in the glute.

IMO, people only feel that 10 from torture or injuries/conditions where the pain is so overwhelming, they believe they're dying. Anything less is a 9 or below. A 9 should be "if it hurt any worse, I'd be considering suicide".

[ - ] taoV 1 point 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 21:47:24 ago (+1/-0)

At that point, are you even capable of answering questions? The pain scale really only works for a certain level of cognizance, and that level is a moving target.

Ever seen a totally chill dying person? Shock and other things can make the pain go away. Pain is for the living, so even a 9 is "how do we actually gauge this?" territory.

[ - ] Anotherone 1 point 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 01:02:04 ago (+1/-0)

Getting shot sucks. Don't go doing that. It is an 11, you will feel every fragment, and they are all the temperature of pain.

[ - ] Her0n 2 points 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 10:32:38 ago (+2/-0)

I finally had a fragment that was bothering me come out my shoulder a few months ago.

We used PRID on it to help get it to the surface, then with some grit, biting on some leather, and the Mrs playing her vet skills on my war wound it was released!

13 years ago that present was left there by a sand nigger, only to be rejected like his soul was from his body that very 13 years prior.

Fuck the non-Whites and the retards.

My wife is so awesome, I'd let her remove my appendix if needed.

[ - ] PostWallHelena 0 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 20:55:43 ago (+1/-1)

10/10 is what you'd experience while dying in a fire.

Most people never experience dying in a fire. 10 is the worst thing youve ever felt.

Dying in a fire is 11, obviously.

At this point in my forty something years of life, the most pain I have ever felt is without a doubt when I passed a 6mm kidney stone. My hands tingled, then went numb up to my elbows, and I was convinced i was having a heart attack on top of the stone that I knew I had. And that was just the passage from the kidney to the bladder. I was on the way to the hospital and I called 911 for a bus because I thought I was dying. From a kidney stone. That’s my level 10 right now. If something matches or beats that, that becomes my level 10. I have fucked myself up quite a bit been in all kinds of wrecks and shit. Nothing like that stone.

[ - ] Ragnar 2 points 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 00:51:59 ago (+3/-1)

Well she is a woman, lying is second nature

[ - ] Her0n 2 points 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 10:28:49 ago (+2/-0)

One cannot speak when at a ten

[ - ] GreatSatan 0 points 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 01:32:16 ago (+0/-0)

I had 10/10 pain from a kidney stone. For a few minutes I literally would be happy to die besides baring more of the pain. This bitch would have killed herself 4 years ago if it were that bad.

[ - ] Dindu [op] 2 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 19:40:58 ago (+2/-0)

I wrote a little bit about it just now in an edit. She seems to have tried everything outside of the expensive stuff and is feeling like there's no solution. I didn't hear about it until her ibuprofen problem caused something in her stomach that is making travel impossible. Then the whole thing came out

[ - ] PostWallHelena 0 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 21:19:23 ago (+1/-1)

I read it. It really could be some sort of autoimmune arthritis or arthralgia. It could definitely have been triggered by the vax.

A lot of difficult to diagnose conditions are in fact immune related. I had fibromyalgia in my 20s. Everybody thinks that a bullshit disease but I was in terrible pain for a long time. Sometimes these things do just resolve themselves eventually. Mine did.

Has she seen a rheumatologist? Has she tried any drugs like pregabalin or gabapentin? Cantaloupe had a good suggestion to check out the FLCCC site for post vax protocol. They will list several antioxidant/antiinflamatory supplements that reduce inflamation. I take some of them for my autoimmune disease. Not surprised that the ibuprofen has fucked up her stomach.

[ - ] HeyJames 0 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 22:20:11 ago (+0/-0)

Fibromialgya is a bullshit disease made up by people who ingest tons of seed oils and microplastics.

[ - ] PostWallHelena 2 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 22:43:01 ago (+3/-1)*

Is it caused by seed oils or is it made up? You seem undecided.

[ - ] HeyJames 0 points 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 05:37:44 ago (+1/-1)

I have decided that seed oils and microplastics mess with a woman's menstrual cycle and cause hallucinatory physical symptoms

[ - ] PostWallHelena -1 points 3 monthsJan 15, 2025 12:43:38 ago (+0/-1)

So if I hallucinate pain, it would be through my nervous system right? So it wouldn’t really be a hallucination. It would be actual pain— a pain signal to my nervous system. In other words a syndrome that causes pain. Therefore not bullshit.

Don’t quit your dayjob.

[ - ] allAheadFull 5 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 18:20:01 ago (+5/-0)

Is she sensitive to temperature? I've heard climate change is causing some symptoms like this.

[ - ] Cantaloupe 4 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 19:59:39 ago (+4/-0)*

Sounds like inflammation or autoimmune disorder - try this Nattokinase

NAC, Quercetin, Milk Thistle, Dandelion Tea, Zeolite, Serrapeptase, Pine Needle Tea. All helpful.

Nattokinase.

FLCCC came up with a treatment plan

[ - ] bonghits4jeebus 2 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 18:47:17 ago (+2/-0)

I was always just told if you want something go say 10/10 it makes the doctor's job easier. Not an opioid user tho.

They can't tell how much pain you have and dont care if you're lying. If you get poor treatment because you lie then that's on you. But if you know what you are doing, no one cares.

Just for example I went in for a therapy recommendation. They're gonna write the same thing either way or not. Telling em 5/10 is just confusing. If I'm there bitching about it it's worth fixing.

[ - ] Sleazy 3 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 21:08:17 ago (+3/-0)

when I had diverticulitis ten years ago I told them my pain was one hundred on a scale of one to ten and they put me on dilaudid immediately. The pain was horrendous. I got to fall asleep and that was a relief

[ - ] Bonanza 1 point 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 20:31:54 ago (+1/-0)

This^^^. I always say at least 6 or > if I'm asked to rate my pain no matter what. If it was enough for me to seek outside treatment, it's worth getting attended to.

A marine biologist who actually goes out to sea would suggest using an oar to smack him upside the head with - other than that, pretty accurate.

Most people who have chronic pain are dismissed as drug addicts.

If only there was some test, like an EEG, that could be done to verify the claims.

We really do have the technology to measure neural activity, it's curious that no one is using it.

I guess the medical industry prefers to diagnose you as an addict based on your ability to pay them rather than on objective testing. What a shame it would be if someone cost them all those profitable, well insured drug addict patients by revealing to the public conciousness that pain can be easily measured and there is no need to trust addicts or accuse those in pain but without good insurance of being addicts.

[ - ] ElementalPee 1 point 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 17:25:43 ago (+1/-0)

There was that Netflix documentary 'Take Care of Maya' where a girl was diagnosed with "Complex Regional Pain Syndrome" and treated by a specialist with high doses of Ketamine and it worked for a while, but then she had a relapse and went to the hospital and the hospital accused the parents of abusing her and having "Munchausen syndrome by proxy" and took custody away from the parents. The mom ended up killing herself and the family sued the hospital.

I don't know if that's what your brother's wife has - it seems to be pretty rare and there's still some debate about if it's real, but it came to mind because of the constant inexplicable pain thing.

[ - ] Dindu [op] 2 points 3 monthsJan 14, 2025 17:30:07 ago (+2/-0)

Oxycontin is a wonder drug. I don't like being 'knocked out', but I've had a couple occasions where I literally sought drugs from a doctor.

Zero left now, but the extras lasted for around 8 or 10 years.
