Claims to cut your heating bill to $0. They claim the "$5 billion dollar heating industry wants to ban it."

Some claim this is a total scam. Yet clearly Elon Musk is holding it proudly at a Ted Talk.

USA TODAY found no record of a person by that name creating the heater or working for NASA.
