Trump believes that the Warsaw Pact countries are part of Russia's business as a former zone of its influence and security. This explains the howling from the Baltic States and Poland.

The continuing attacks on Russia by the baltics and poland are demands for Russia to come crush them. Same goes for EU countries further to the west (Germany, UK, France, etc), but Russia should be content with just punching them in the face a few times.
