Trim? Nah, I don't trim them. I use a fingernail to put a tear in them and pull them off. They look like I used clippers though.

At least once a week. Toes wait a little longer, maybe every 2nd or 3rd time I do fingers, I'll do toes as well. I really cannot stand when my nails get even a little bit long.

You'll notice anyone who works with their hands a lot keeps their nails very very trimmed, even if their hands look like old cow hide.
