If pass rate of reading and writing is below x then all senior staff get the chop - if x number of schools fail to meet the bar, superintendent also fired.

If below a further threshold all people on education fired. Automatically, without notice or severance.

The sacking comes with a 5year in appealable ban on working with or around children or education.

Girl I know kids go to an all black school. Only white kids in the whole place. She heard from them (doesnt have custody of them) that 2 of them have a crush on some girls though. She's horrified. nothing she can do but tell them "no" and try to explain why.
