I dont know if its because I'm old or what but I fucking hate it here. I never really liked it here, it was OK when It was just my home port, nice place to visit for an expensive night out. When I actually tried to live here, its just horrible.
Most people dont live in homes, they live in communities. I call them Antfarms. These working class dont have any concept of ownership, they are the eternal renters the elites desire. You can buy shit here and still not own it.
Living in California has changed my outlook on humanity. I view it as organic, in a way, the perfect storm of horrible shit complementing other horrible shits, everyone standing around screaming how wonderful it is with tears in their eyes and no one knows how to stop.
I love CA. It was great growing up there in the 80s & 90s. It went downhill fast after that because the communists took power and allowed the state to hemorrhage with more than 25% of the inhabitants being foreigners.
I haven't been there in many years, but I do miss it. I still talk to friends and family there and it's obviously gotten much worse since the covid hoax.
