The negro needs to feel important and appreciated. Be very wary when negroes come into your store, as any perceived slight might result in a "chimp-out", in which the negroid reverts to his feral nature and destroys your store, or worse.

Exactly correct. A multi-pronged attack over decades. There was a time, probably around when this video was created, that US blacks had a much lower rate of out of wedlock children compared to Whites. LBJ and welfare really destroyed the black family unit.
