Bible stories

submitted by WNwoman to whatever 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 18:10:01 ago (+4/-2)     (whatever)

I attended a church service today with my family and the sermon was about Samson. I can’t keep my mind from wandering so I started thinking of Bible stories that give me a WTF feeling. One that stands out is the story of Joseph. It always bothered me that he was his father’s favorite child. This caused resentment (duh) with the other siblings and started a chain of chaos. It’s always glossed over but seriously, WTF. I get that parents can at times like one child more than the others but you should never favor them or treat your kids unequally. I hate that and even as a kid in Sunday school it bothered me.

Definitely an interesting WTF story from the get go.

Jacob goes to find a wife - and sees Rachel (his cousin) and wants to marry her. Works for Laban 7 years to marry her. On the wedding night, his uncle decides that instead of getting Rachel, Jacob should instead marry Leah (Rachel's older sister). Jacob then has to work for Laban another 7 years to get Rachel.

Joseph is Rachel's first born child - after a bunch of scheming (kikes afterall) with handmaids of both Leah and Rachel, ending with a bunch of other kids.

Joseph being the first son of Jacob's true love Rachel actually makes sense that there is favoritism going on there, and also resentment with all the rest of the older sons.

Rachel also eventually has Benjamin, another of Jacob's favorites - and when the clan goes to Egypt to get food, Jacob holds Benjamin back in case the rest get killed or taken into slavery.

Edit to add the birth research:
1) Reuben was Jacob’s firstborn. He was the son of Leah, Jacob’s first wife.

2) Simeon was next, and he was also a son of Leah.

3) Levi was the third of Jacob and Leah’s children.

4) Judah was the next. After bearing Judah, Leah stopped bearing children for a time.

5) Dan was born to Jacob by Bilhah, his wife Rachel’s handmaid. It was common practice in that day for a barren wife to give her servant to her husband to bear children in her name. (Rachel jealous of Leah?)

6) Naphtali was the next child, also through Bilhah.

7) Gad was number seven. He was the child of Jacob and Zilpah, the handmaid of Leah. (now Leah jealous of Rachel)

8) Asher was next. He was the second son of Zilpah.

9) Issachar was another son granted to Leah.

10) Zebulun was the next child, Leah’s sixth.

11) Dinah was Jacob’s only daughter, and her mother was Leah.

12) Joseph was Jacob’s twelfth child and Rachel’s first, as God opened her womb and enabled her to conceive.

13) Benjamin was Jacob’s last child. His mother, Rachel, who died during labor, named him Ben-Oni, which means “son of my trouble,” but Jacob renamed him Benjamin, which means “son of my right hand.”

Yes the scheming and trickery here is laughable. What woman is worth slaving an additional seven years for after her father has fooled you once already? Cuck.

[ - ] localsal 1 point 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 18:32:29 ago (+1/-0)

And that was just the scheming between Jacob and Laban for the women. There was even more kike scheming for the cows and sheep later when Jacob wanted to leave Laban - and Laban felt God's favor with Jacob and wasn't going to let him leave.

Jacob tricking his father to get a blessing that was meant for his brother, Jacob withholding a bowl of soup from his starving brother unless he bought it with his inheritance. The whole story of Jacob is the origin story for kikes

Other WTF Bible stories:

Lot’s daughters getting him drunk to have sex with him. Ummm I don’t care how drunk my dad gets, he would never be that drunk.

Abraham getting ready to kill his own son as a test.

The whole Jacob and Esau birthright story never set right with me. We are supposed to admire a cheat and look down on the twin that worked hard.

[ - ] localsal 1 point 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 18:55:56 ago (+1/-0)

Context is very important for Lot and his daughters. They had just escaped after God's judgement of Sodom and Gomorrah. And before that judgement the entire area was totally immoral, and family sex was probably very common (everyone was marrying cousins in that time anyway, not hard to go from cousins to family).

This is when Abraham was bargaining with God to save Sodom if there were "innocent" people living there. Abraham finally jews God down to stay His wrath if there are 5 innocent people in the towns. Lot and his wife and 2 daughters are 4? Not one other person - or another way to interpret it is that Lot and his family are also degenerates, but happen to be saved due to Abraham.

With that in mind, Lot could have been easy to have sex with while sober, let alone while drunk, and with any man or woman or family member.

On the daughter side, they just watched their entire social circle (and sex opportunities?) get destroyed with fire and brimstone, and were living in a cave. Desperate to have a family? or revenge sex for the destruction? Hard to say.

The rest of the stories are very much telling the stories of the true nature of the "chosen people", which makes the Bible an interesting read though several times. The first time for the story of Jesus and salvation, the next reading can be spent just finding all the kike scheming.

The quote "power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely" definitely applies to the kikes. Did God choose the kikes because they were the best the world had to offer? or did the kikes become who they are today because they are corrupted thinking they are the perpetual chosen people?

Or does God look down at the world and think "I definitely messed up promising that the kikes will be my chosen people"?

God required a clean bloodline to get the seed of Jesus into flesh.
Once Jesus made it thru,Jew no longer mattered.
Mary was human used by God.
As with any, when you complete a task God assigns it's game over human.
None of that freak cult catholism will ever change, they worship outside of God's will to serve man and his religion.
Jesus spoke on it a few times, catholics are not of Gods israel.
.
Israel is not about the sand and dirt, never has been.
catholism is the zionist pagan religion that well documented as a cult.

[ - ] localsal 0 points 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 20:52:56 ago (+0/-0)

There really isn't a "clean" bloodline, depending on how you count jews and "outsiders" and converters.

The genealogy goes Boaz was born of Salmon and Rahab the harlot from Jericho (not a jew), and then Boaz begat Obed of Ruth, a Moabite (not a jew), and then it goes Obed to Jesse to David.

Kind of destroys the pure kike bloodline idea, and gives a better perspective that God uses people for their character rather than being the "chosen ones" when that is an option.

Twist it to suit?
Now go put all of that back in context.
That was desperation

[ - ] localsal 0 points 5 monthsJan 6, 2025 07:39:17 ago (+0/-0)

I have no idea what you are saying. David is proven to be only 13/16th jewish at most, and that is if using the patriarchal lineage idea.

Ruth was a Moabite, coming from Lot and his eldest daughter. Lot is Abraham's nephew, and that definitely makes him not a jew no matter if Abraham is called the first jew or not.

Don’t forget Jephthah who made a human sacrifice out of his daughter because Yahweh willed it.

[ - ] Zyklonbeekeeper 2 points 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 19:48:20 ago (+2/-0)

The biblical intro of "in the beginning" is the substitute for "once upon a time"...and rather than "and they lived happily ever after", the book of Revelations was inserted into the closing to maintain a level of perpetual fear that shows how much love the biblical God has for the
144,000 righteous people worthy of eternity, whom of which will "live happily ever after".

I love that the Bible tells it as it is, and really helps to elucidate the sinful condition of man and how we are in need of a redeemer.

There are some seriously messed up stories in the Bible, it's a great read.

[ - ] Master_Foo 0 points 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 19:02:38 ago (+1/-1)

and how Jews are in need of a redeemer.
Fixed that for you.
Jesus preached to the Jews Jews ause the Jews are sinful.

Whites don't have sin.
We can save ourselves.

[ - ] Love240 -2 points 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 19:44:40 ago (+0/-2)

Whites are the children of the lost tribes of Israel, Jesus came to his own (the southern kingdom of Judah) so that prophecy will be fulfilled in them denying him, and thus God's promise that all Israel will be saved should be fulfilled as well.

The savior of all of the world is Jesus Christ.

It's called logical consistancy.
If you want to belive one retarded thing, then there's s lot of retarded baggage that you are also going to have to believe to make it consistant.

I'm allowing you the fairest conclusion of your belief, that is logically consistant.

The alternative is, I accept that there is no logic to your belief and you are just a sub 70 IQ retard.

Tell me more about your dick chopping White people in not-Europe, @Love240.

[ - ] Love240 0 points 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 20:41:47 ago (+0/-0)

It's called logical consistancy.

Which you are demonstrating none of.

I'm allowing you the fairest conclusion of your belief, that is logically consistant.

You're simply making up non-sense because you don't like what you're reading.

The alternative is, I accept that there is no logic to your belief and you are just a sub 70 IQ retard.

Just because you've demonstrated a sub 70 IQ lack of understanding doesn't say anything about me or what I've said.

Your blind hatred for God keeps you in this ignorance which you fester.

@Love240 ...after decades of living life in accordance with biblical devotion I could no longer defend what I began doubting a long time ago...without elaborating there's just too much "nonsense", impracticalites, exaggerated hypotheticals and outright lies...and for this the Bible propagates a "blind faith" that is seen only through the heart...TODAY I AM REALLY TROUBLED THAT AT ONE TIME I PRESENTED MYSELF
AS A GOD FEARING CHRISTIAN, I'M EMBARRASSED, MORESO WITH MYSELF FOR BEING A SUCKER OF BLIND FAITH...it's no different than an internet date. Now I have no problems with stating that the Bible is the greatest story ever sold and that there is no biblical God.
But I'm not going to push my beliefs nor will
I try to sway someone away from their belief in a biblical God...and I don't particularly like the crude insults directed at "believers"...notwithstanding the aforementioned, I don't want my perspective to be infringed upon by ideologically narrow people who's only answer in defense of "an act of God that contradicts the "word of God" is "God works in mysterious ways", case closed now get to church.

[ - ] Love240 0 points 5 monthsJan 6, 2025 17:16:17 ago (+0/-0)

without elaborating there's just too much "nonsense", impracticalites, exaggerated hypotheticals and outright lies.

Yes, people are liars, but not God's Word.

and for this the Bible propagates a "blind faith" that is seen only through the heart

That's the point. Only God knows the heart besides the man himself. You think you know what is on the heart of every man?

TODAY I AM REALLY TROUBLED THAT AT ONE TIME I PRESENTED MYSELF
AS A GOD FEARING CHRISTIAN, I'M EMBARRASSED, MORESO WITH MYSELF FOR BEING A SUCKER OF BLIND FAITH

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Now I have no problems with stating that the Bible is the greatest story ever sold and that there is no biblical God.

Well, I'll see you on that terrible day of judgement, then.

But I'm not going to push my beliefs nor will

Yeah, that's what you're doing. Either that or this is a confessional to help alleviate your burden/guilt. Which this will not do, btw.

I try to sway someone away from their belief in a biblical God

Which you'll regret forever, but that's your choice.

I don't want my perspective to be infringed upon by ideologically narrow people who's only answer in defense of "an act of God that contradicts the "word of God" is "God works in mysterious ways", case closed now get to church.

Don't worry, I don't take any stock at all in your bullshit perspective.

That's not at all how God 'works'. You'd know this if you knew God.

But you never did.

[ - ] Master_Foo 1 point 5 monthsJan 5, 2025 18:59:38 ago (+1/-0)

It's a series of books containing stories about Jews.
Once you realize this, you don't need to internalize it anymore.

Put the (((Bible))) down and declare White Blood ahd White Soil your highest power.
It will never be confusing to you because it is you.

Heil Odin! o/

Right! It's so easy to forget that Joseph was gifted by God with those dreams, which the Bible says, they despised him for.

As well as his multi-colored coat, for some reason.

They just despised that he was 'different' and they took his dreams for seeing himself as superior to them or something similar.

Church is bullshit. It’s a fucking business. If I wasn’t such a dick, I’d own one someday, just for the gibs.

Everybody in the OT is a jerk . They aren’t moral people. Jacob was a jerk that cheated his uncle Laban to get all his goats. His wives Leah and Rachel had some weird competition where they used their maids to try to outdo each other in baby making. Joseph was a little shit who was a tattle tale and he told his brothers that he foresaw in a dream that they would worship him. No wonder they wanted to kill him.

Later on Joseph uses his prophetic knowlege of the famine to trick the Egyptians into selling all their land and livestock and themselves into slavery to the pharoah. The bible treats this as a huge win—like a virtuous deed. WTF.

Samson is a total dick. Didn’t he do some weird thing where he tied foxes’ tails together and set them on fire?
That whole scenario where he starts killing Philistines after he looses his fiance is all because he is an asshole at his own wedding who tries to con his guests out of their clothes with his stupid riddle. His fiance ends up getting burned to death.

Theres no moral examples to be had from these stories. These were shitskins with shitskin morality. I was raised catholic and they watered these stories down to us as kids. But reading the actual text, I was shocked by how degenerate these characters were. Theyre all perverts and murderers and cheats. Favoritism is the least problematic thing going on there. Two of his four baby mommas are sex slaves ffs.

There's a broad in the OT who is recorded daydreaming about when she was younger. She proceeds to start missing her lovers at the time because they jizzed like horses. Yes, that is spelled out in detail. Wahmen moment.

it's amazing to a european how deeply enmeshed you americans are in the bible. Here only a small minority of 'good citizens' go to mass on Sundays, but the vast majority have long since stopped believing all those fantastic bible stories
