A quality lanolin-tallow balm, stay hydrated, and eat healthy.

Animal protein as primary food source.

Not consuming alcohol or inhaling smoke.

Avoid seed oils.

UBV Lamp. Burnt my dick with a nice Sperti lamp in five minutes. I use it almost daily.

Cod Liver Oil which contains retinal and active vitamin D.

Beef Liver which contains copper.

1000 mg magnesium daily although this is more about general health than skin care.

Many people manage to stop all inflammation through ketosis. Worth experimenting with for each individual. People often cure lifetime acne or eczema issues with this diet.

Avoiding dairy. Unless you can source unpasteurized which contains the very enzymes needed for its metabolism.

I use a red 'light therapy' light with something like 6 or 8 different wavelengths of red and near infrared. Mostly locally when I run or do extreme workouts as it's touted for muscle and injury recovery.

The thing I miss the most about living in an apartment was my bathroom window was at the perfect angle to open the windows and sun my balls in a chair on sunny days. Made me feel fucking great. There's definitely something to that. Now my balls just get the red light when I do my hamstrings. It's not the same.

Bathe regularly, the hotter the better, daily. Twice, if you can swing it. Stay away from alcohol, internally and externally.
