That's right. I get particularly perturbed about the lies told about Thomas Jefferson because before he was president or in the Continental Congress or any of that stuff he was in his own State fighting against slavery. And in fact when he was president he enacted the anti-slavery laws that had been prevented from being enacted for the first 20 years of the constitution in order to get the first 13 colonies to stick together enough to form the constitution. But the minute Thomas Jefferson was President he enacted the anti-slavery laws which forbid any ships in the United States from participating in the international slight slave trade. No ships could be modified or built to participate in the international slave trade. He actually thought that would end the slave trade but then what happened is that jews started breeding them in America.

But does anyone tell you that President Thomas Jefferson signed the very first law to prevent any commercial participation in the international slave trade for anybody in the United states? No they don't ever say that. He literally signed the most Draconian anti-slavery law he could possibly sign the first minute it was actually legal to do so which was exactly 20 years after the original formation of the Constitution.
